Tricia Pilone, President – Insurance Services

Patricia “Tricia” Pilone, is a founding partner of CPI Companies. As the President of Insurance Services and Partner in Charge of operations, Tricia leads the firm’s efforts to grow and improve in an ever changing and highly regulated financial services environment.

In addition to her position at CPI, Tricia was also a board member of Capital Bank of New Jersey, a standout performer in New Jersey community banking, which was acquired by Oceans First Bank.

Currently, Tricia is a member of the Board of Directors of Insurance Designers of America, one of the leading Insurance Marketing Organizations in the country, where she created and chaired the very successful Women’s Leadership Counsel.

Tricia is an outstanding advocate for women in the financial services industry and is active on several other boards and charities that promote female empowerment.

Tricia’s attention to detail and creativity are evident in all of CPI’s underwriting and marketing operations. Tricia is responsible for the unconventional yet highly successful approach that defines our company’s culture.
