American General’s – Return of Premium – Select-a-Term

Term insurance with a twist for the client who wants protection and the opportunity to get money back. Guaranteed level term plus an endowment benefit equal to cumulative base premiums paid if the insured survives and maintains the policy to the end of the term period.

Key Features: 

1. 16 level term durations: 20-35 years 
2. Accumulates cash value that starts no later than fifth policy year and continues so long as policy in kept in force
3. Option to receive cash value equal to cumulative base premiums paid upon surrender at the end of the level premium period
4. Convertible to earlier of end of level premium period or age 70
5. Broad selection of riders for customization
6. Option to stop paying premium and receive reduced paid up coverage
